I would like to share a little riddle with you.
5 frogs sat on a log.
3 frogs decided to jump off.
How many frogs were left on the log?
You might think, well 2 frogs were left.
But in fact, all 5 frogs were still on the log… because the 3 frogs just decided to jump off.
Deciding is only the beginning, you have to take action.
Remember, today is the day you can start improving your health. Not Monday, next month, or January 1st.
