I hear this all the time..."I don't like the taste of water!" We all know that we should stay hydrated for good health. And that a good general rule of thumb is to drink 8 glasses of water a day. So what to do if you still say you don't like the taste?
Here is a simple, refreshing, and great tasting way to add flavour - not calories - to your water with no added colours, preservatives, or artificial flavours.
Refreshing Lemon Mint Water
- 2 litres of water (2 quarts) and ice
- add the juice of one lemon
- 2 thinly sliced lemons
- a few sprigs of fresh mint
Keep in the fridge and enjoy!
