We have all experienced making new year’s resolutions. Generally, these goals revolve around improving our health and fitness. We want to feel healthier, lose weight, or have more energy. We think of a few goals, things we might want to try, we may even write some of these down. Full of enthusiasm we begin our quest to improve our health. This may last a day, a week, or even a month. Then our enthusiasm starts to wane and we find ourselves defaulting to old habits.
Tomorrow is a new month - June. What if we explored the possibility of including one new healthy habit daily for the next 30 days of June! No, it is not January 1st. Does that matter? Any time, is a good time to work towards our goal of becoming our best selves.
I will post daily for the month of June. This will give you a new healthy habit to implement. 'Like' this post if you are willing to take your health forward.
