Here is a simple deep breathing technique that will help place you in a peaceful, meditative state.
Continue for five to ten minutes then open your eyes and sit or lie there for a moment. If you don't have 5 minutes, relaxing your shoulders and taking 3 long belly breaths can go a long way to help lessen your stress.
Deep breathing and meditation can calm your body and mind leaving you revitalized, refreshed and energized.
